I purchased the LegCoat Wraps for my Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 which I frequently take with me in the field.

The tripod is somewhat large and heavy and is a great carbon fiber tripod. It is not inexpensive and I wanted to protect my investment.

The legCoat Wraps worked perfectly for the job. The neoprene covered the most exposed area and protects the legs. It is also excellent padding for my shoulder when carring (I have a gimbal head and take heavy lenses most of the time). The neoprene has stretch so they fit the tripod leg snugly, and the velcro is strong.

I am a bit ocd so a trick I used to get the wraps on straight was to line up the inner velcro in a straight line and then wrap the LegCoat Wrap around to it, adjusting from top to bottom a small amount each time until the wrap is straight and smooth.

I recommend the product highly. In making my decision I emailed the support department and they were timely and helpful. The product arrived on time and intact.
