I've used Lenscoat products on my big lens for years. When I bought the new Canon 500 there was no question that it would be covered in LensCoat as well.

LensCoat products are built to last. The material is sturdy and durable. No need to ever worry about a rip or tear.

I also use LensCoat pouches for each camera body. It gives a little bit of added protection when the camera body is in my bag or backpack.
