Cap slides on securely and have nice padding protecting glass. Note to manufacturer : it would be nice if you guys added a cross strap on the front for easier removal...

I found the Nikon lens cover for my 400mm lens awkward to put on and the cord always gets stuck on the Velcro, so I ordered the Lenscoat Hoodie and it is so easy to slip on and provides great protection for my lens.
