Fits Nikon d90 very well; even fits it if camera has Really Right Stuff L-Plate (for tripod) attached. Nice material. Even fits with L-Plate and Kata Reflex E strap attached. Fits Nikon D700, but its a bit more snug fit. Will not accommodate if Really Right Stuff D700 L-Plate is attached. Even fits with L-Plate and Kata Reflex E strap attached. Material has very nice feel to it. The material is of a thickness that is more for protecting from scratches and mild bumps as opposed to protection from drops; but you can see from the photo that it\'s not supposed to work like an air bag. Very pleased...

Thanks very much, The regular Body Bag works quite nicely with the RRS L-plate attached, which is great because I just bought a Gitzo 1541T and an RRS BH-40 LR II that I want to carry in my backpack without having to put the 5D, Mk. II in any kind of separate case, so the Body Bag will protect it from things that get jostled around without having to carry a separate camera case or worry about mounting and un-mounting an L-plate with an Allen wrench each time I just want to clamp the body to the ballhead. --Robert..

Used in a Canon 40D. Fits like a skin. You can use less separators in your backpack, so you win space to organize space as you want...

Excellent bag with give! even with the RRS L Bracket on the camera. I purchased three bags and I am going to Arizona they fit perfectly in my Think Tank back-pack for added protection and the best part they do not take up any room!!!!..
